I’m Nancy, a certified health, Nutrition and Hormone coach, specialising in women’s menopausal health

This can be frustrating and confusing! I know only too well – I have been there!
At the Health Stack, we don’t believe in restrictions or labelling foods good or bad. We practise individualised functional nutrition which examines each person’s unique situation and goals.
Optimal health incorporates not only what and when you eat, how much and what type of movement you do, but also how you cope with stress, and find meaning in your life. Sadly, too often society’s messages do not serve women in midlife!
not becoming overwhelmed at this time in our lives is paramount. The Health stack endeavours to educate women about what is happening to their bodies during this transition, provide actionable steps, and support them on their journey!
