On Track Group Coaching – Available by waitlist only

This is the program for you if: 

  • You have been trying to improve your health and you want some accountability to stay on track.
  • You are trying everything and it’s not working.
  • You “fell off the wagon” over the summer and need help re-igniting your motivation.
  • You want to further educate yourself on ways to optimize female health.

The ON Track program focuses on building the foundations for health: nutrition, movement, sleep and stress management. 

 I will set you an individualized protein, fiber, and movement target; provide meal plan suggestions/ recipes, and set exercises for various fitness levels; help you to prioritize and improve your sleep; teach you techniques to bolster your ‘rest and digest’ mode.

You need to commit to: 

  1.  You and your health for 4 weeks. 
  2.  Using the Everfit app (don’t worry it’s FREE for you!) 
  3. Tracking your daily protein and fiber intake. 
  4. Joining and participating in our Private Facebook group for education and group support and motivation. 
  5. One live webinar/ Q and A each week where you can jump on and ask questions’
