On Track Group Coaching – Available by waitlist only
This is the program for you if:
- You have been trying to improve your health and you want some accountability to stay on track.
- You are trying everything and it’s not working.
- You “fell off the wagon” over the summer and need help re-igniting your motivation.
- You want to further educate yourself on ways to optimize female health.
The ON Track program focuses on building the foundations for health: nutrition, movement, sleep and stress management.
I will set you an individualized protein, fiber, and movement target; provide meal plan suggestions/ recipes, and set exercises for various fitness levels; help you to prioritize and improve your sleep; teach you techniques to bolster your ‘rest and digest’ mode.
You need to commit to:
- You and your health for 4 weeks.
- Using the Everfit app (don’t worry it’s FREE for you!)
- Tracking your daily protein and fiber intake.
- Joining and participating in our Private Facebook group for education and group support and motivation.
- One live webinar/ Q and A each week where you can jump on and ask questions’
